20 Jun 2014, Fri
Woke up feeling excited that both beanies are in me. Apart from feeling a little bloated, my boobs were feeling sore too. Other than that, nothing else. No spotting, no special feeling.
Cooked lunch, it's bee hoon soup with pan fried salmon. Coated the salmon with salt, lemon and garlic. It was yummerlicius and DH enjoyed it tremendously, minus the bee hoon soup (he's not the soupy person).
After cleaning up, it's brewing medication time and also our favourite nap time. Hee.
I've been letting out alot of air but I guess it's norm. My tummy's tightening up with the release of all the toxic air inside. And I thot it looks a little like baby bump. I know, I know. It's still early but I cant help it. Lol.
Dinner was simple. DH went to ta bao cze char home. I had Seafood Bee Hoon and DH had Hong Kong Noodles and extra fried veggie.
Below's a simple sample timeline on what's happening in our bodies after Embryo Transfer.
3-Day Transfer
| DPT | Embryo Development |
| One | The embryo continues to grow and develop, turning from a 6-8 cell embryo into a morula |
| Two | The cells of the morula continue to divide, developing into a blastocyst |
| Three | The blastocyst begins to hatch out of its shell |
| Four | The blastocyst continues to hatch out of its shell and begins to attach itself to the uterus |
| Five | The blastocyst attaches deeper into the uterine lining, beginning implantation |
| Six | Implantation continues |
| Seven | Implantation is complete, cells that will eventually become the placenta and fetus have begun to develop |
| Eight | Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) starts to enter the blood stream |
| Nine | Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted |
| Ten | Fetal development continues and hCG continues to be secreted |
| Eleven | Levels of hCG are now high enough to detect a pregnancy |
How I Feel Today:
Slept early at 11pm after the inserts. My body's feeling tired easily now and I'm not gonna deprive it of rest.
