CD2.. First Scan..

Woke up real early to prepare and head over to KKIVFC for our first scan. Arrived at 7:27am with 5 other ladies ahead of us. Sonographers started scan at around 8ish and I only managed to get in at around 8:45am. Such a messy procedure with CD2 being my heaviest flow day. Grotesque.

Our number blinked at about 9am at the reception counter. Was briefed on the increase in some of the procedure/storage pricing. After which was given our prescription for med collection at the pharmacy. Arrived at the pharmacy at around 9:17am and waited for about 15mins or so. Collected our med and headed back to KKIVFC for injection briefing. Waited less than 3mins and our number blinked for Room 2. Went in and SSN taught me on the injection procedures and I was made to jab myself right there and then. Thank God the needles are really fine and not much pain felt, except for when the med started flowing into my body.

First Scan Readings:

Lining: 4mm

R: 4mm

L: 5mm/3mm/5mm

Orglaturan @ D1-D3 & D8-D10
Gonal-F @ D4-D9

For once I'm thankful for Medisave. Check out the hefty cost of medication.

All done at 10am, grabbed a taxi for home and office. Needa drop my medication and put in the fridge first. Than back to work. What a tiring day! Left the office on the dot and decided to take a power nap. In the end, I slept for 2 hours! But I was still so tired I had no problem sleeping even tho I had that 2 hours nap. Hehe..
